Return Window
We accept return or exchange requests within 5 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- Item must be unused and unopened
- In original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange a product (for example, a different item or variant), the shipping cost must be covered by the customer. We’ll guide you through the process once you contact our support team.
Returns (If Not Opting for Exchange)
If you wish to return the product without any exchange, the return shipping cost will also be paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
Damaged / Wrong Product
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you've received the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll take responsibility and ensure a replacement is sent out promptly at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Skincare products that are sensitive in nature (unless damaged or wrongly sent)
