Shipping Policy
At The Blend, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you quickly and in perfect condition. Please read the following policy to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver all across Pakistan. Whether you're in a major city or a remote town, we’ll make sure your order gets to you.
2. Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 3 to 6 working days after order confirmation.
- Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 7 to 10 working days depending on location and courier availability.
3. Shipping Charges
- Flat Rate: PKR 150 nationwide.
- Free Shipping: On all orders above PKR 2,999.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to track your parcel in real-time.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier fails to deliver the parcel due to incorrect address or unavailability, they may attempt to contact you. After multiple failed attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.
7. Damaged or Missing Products
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We may request photos of the damaged product to process your claim.
